ACCOMMODATION:

Amenities include free continental breakfasts, daily housekeeping, on-site laundry, telephones, ATMs, business centre, adjacent parking, on-site convenience and snack bar, and access to the St. Denis Athletic Centre.  Just minutes from Hwy.401, the Ambassador Bridge, the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel.

MEETING ROOMS:

There are a total of 135 meeting rooms on campus that vary in size and style. The following is a sample of some of the large rooms available:

  • Ambassador Auditorium: multi-purpose facility, meeting capacity, 450 people, lecture style.
  • Erie Hall 1120: theatre style, 472 people
  • Moot Court - Law Bldg.: amphitheatre, tables with chairs, 300 people
    Computer labs are available on request.

EQUIPMENT:

Meeting places can be equipped with P.A. system, stage, lecterns, blackboards, projection and audio visual equipment, piano. Arrangements for additional equipment can be made if required


BANQUET & DINING FACILITIES:

Winclare Hall 'A': banquet or cafeteria, 300 people.

Oak Room: banquet, 120 people.

 

Winclare Hall 'C': banquet or cafeteria, 300 people.

Ambassador Auditorium: banquet, 320 people.

Rose Room: banquet, 30 people.
