DAY 1

9:00 a.m. Start the day with a driving tour of OLD WALKERVILLE for a background of Hiram Walker’s influence on this proud community. Drive past stately Willistead Manor, home of Edward Chandler Walker, son of Hiram Walker fame and view the home of Harry Low, one of the most prominent Rumrunners of the Prohibition Era.

10:00 a.m. GUIDED TOUR of THE CANADIAN CLUB BRAND CENTER. Experience the heritage of over 140 years, discover the origin of Canadian Club, and learn about their unique whisky-making process. Tour their Canadian Art Gallery, and take part in a formal whisky information session. Finish up with a sample drink at the C.C.Bistro, on the site where it all began.

11:00 a.m. GUIDED TOUR of WALKERVILLE BREWERY. This high-calibre microbrewery will not compromise quality. Their beer is made on an “order only” basis. Only four ingredients are used (water, malt, yeast and hops). Learn about the steps… from the malt grinding, to the grist case, the brewing in the mash tin, followed by straining and extraction of sugar in the luater tank. Next, the hops are added, then aging in the fermentation vessels, then the whirlpool for separation of specs, filtering in the bright tank and finally, packaging and storage.

12:00 p.m. LUNCH at SELECTED RESTAURANT.

2:00 p.m. BOARD COACH for a drive to the County.

2:45 p.m. GUIDED TOUR of PELEE ISLAND WINERY - the largest estate winery in Essex County with over 400 acres of European grape varieties planted on Pelee Island. Tour begins with an offering of wine and an educational video which takes you through the "Vine to Wine" process. Next, you are escorted through the winery to allow you to gain an appreciation of the art of winemaking. Tour ends in the tasting room where you are encouraged to ask questions while sampling some product. 

4:00 p.m. PROCEED to HOTEL to freshen up before dinner and an exciting evening of entertainment. Plenty of choices to suit everyone!

DAY 2

8:15 a.m. BOARD MOTORCOACH from LEAMINGTON or KINGSVILLE (depending on schedule) to catch the PELEE ISLAND FERRY. If staying in Windsor, allow an add’l hour travelling time. 

9:00 a.m. FERRY LEAVES DOCK for PELEE ISLAND.

10:30 a.m. ARRIVE on PELEE ISLAND where PELEE ISLAND WINERY will have its tram ready and waiting for your group. Following a tour of the Island (which includes an informative presentation at the PELEE ISLAND HERITAGE CENTRE, group will proceed to the PELEE ISLAND WINE PAVILLION for LUNCH and a presentation followed with a wine tasting.

3:30 p.m. BOARD FERRY for a relaxing and therapeutic return trip to mainland.

5:00 p.m. ARRIVE on mainland for return trip to downtown Windsor Hotel. 
Freshen up then get ready for a decadent dinner at one of our excellent dining establishments followed by an evening of excitement at Caesars Windsor, action at Windsor Raceway or City Centre nightlife. 

DAY 3

10:00 a.m. PROCEED to D’ANGELO ESTATE WINERY in AMHERSTBURG.

11:00 a.m. GUIDED TOUR of D’ANGELO ESTATE WINERY
. The owner/wine-maker takes pride in growing only the best Vinifera and French Hybrid grapes. Ask about his unique divided canopy system (14 wire trellis system shaped in a "U"). Tour includes a stroll through the vineyards and the winery itself, ending with a tasting of their product made with grapes grown exclusively on-site.

LUNCH CAN BE CATERED on-site or you may want to go on to your next stop and have your lunch catered and waiting for you there.

Your itinerary can be arranged to include other Lunch options such as Paula’s Fish Place in Leamington, and Mephisto's in Kingsville.

2:00 p.m. GUIDED TOUR of COLIO ESTATE WINES where you are invited to explore a unique opportunity to observe the winemaker's craft on a guided tour of their facility. Tour ends in the hospitality room where you can sample their wines.

3:00 p.m. Proceed to final winery tour stop of your choice …
